Graves-Hume Public Library District

Decennial Committee on Efficiency

Minutes

  1. Call to Order; Board President Martha Schmitt called the meeting to order at 6:13 pm.
  2. Roll Call: Present were Board President Schmitt, Trustees Abel, Wasmer, Jackson. Director Kofoid. Residents Audrey Moreno and Jessica Dykstra.
  3. Public Comment: Board President Schmitt asked if there was anyone in the audience who had comments to make or questions to ask of the Committee. Hearing none, President Schmitt closed public comments.
  4. Review of Final Report. Committee reviewed and discussed the final report.
  5. Final Report Submission – VOTE: Trustee Wasmer made a motion to accept the Library’s Decennial Final Report. Seconded by President Schmitt. All in favor.
  6. Survey of Residents in Attendance: President Schmitt asked if there were any residents in the audience with input on the matters discussed. No additional input was received.
  7. Other Business: President Schmitt declared the Graves-Hume Public Library District Decennial Committee on Efficiency to be terminated.
  8. Adjournment: A motion to adjourn at 6:28 pm was made by Abel, and seconded by Wasmer, followed by a roll call vote. Motion carried and the meeting was adjourned.
