Call to Order
September 11, 2025 at 7:07 PM.
Roll Call
Members Present: Martha Schmitt, Catherine Wasmer, Kim Abel, Cheri Chandler, and Library Director Emily Kofoid.
Approval of the last meeting and action
Ms Chandler moved we accept the July minutes. Seconded by Ms. Wasmer. Motion approved.
Approval of Financial Position & Activity
Ms Wasmer moved we accept the August Financial Position & Activity Report. Seconded by Ms Chandler. Motion approved.
Approval of Check Registry
Ms Chandler moved we accept the July & August Check Registry. Seconded by Ms Wsmer. Motion approved.
Correspondence
Received a letter from the Kain family regarding a donation to the Library in memory of their son.
Director’s Report
- Construction on the bathroom is done and approved
- Roof repair will begin soon.

Old Business
Ms Chandler and Ms Calamaco reviewed the minutes from last years board meetings.
New Business
- Ms Wasmer moved we accept Budget and Appropriations for 2025-2026, Ordinance 09112025-01. Seconded by Ms Chander. Motion approved.
