Axis 360 (eRead Illinois)

Going on a trip but don’t want to lug a bunch of books with you? Download Axis 360 (link to our download page) to your smartphone or tablet. Axis 360 gives you the option to download eBooks or eAudiobooks without ever having to set foot in the Library. All you need is your library card number and Wi-Fi access. Once you download the app, you can search for your favorite read. Download the book to your device and you are all set! No Wi-Fi is needed once you download the book.

I particularly enjoy aduiobooks. I use Axis 360 on my phone, download an audiobook and then I’m able to listen in my car or when I’m doing housework. I always have access to my book! And there are no late fees! Once the book is due, I can either renew it (if no one else has it on hold) or it just disappears from my device.
