Monday Motivation

Let’s start the week off right! Join us as we walk together. If the weather is nice, we’ll walk around town. If not, we will have our walk inside. Meet at the Library Mondays, June through August, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Stretches first, then walking at a pace everyone is comfortable with. Walking together offers accountability, personal growth and development and safety.
