Call to Order

February 12, 2026 at 7:00 PM.

Roll Call

Members Present: Martha Schmitt, Adriana Calimico, Kim Abel, Cheri Chandler, Leesa Fitch, Catherine Wasmer, and Library Director Emily Kofoid. 

Approval of the last meeting and action

Ms Abel moved to accept the January minutes. Seconded by Ms Chandler. Motion approved.

Approval of Financial Position & Activity

Ms Chandler moved to accept the January Financial Position & Activity Report. Seconded by Ms Wasmer. Motion approved.

Approval of Check Registry

Ms Wasmer moved to accept the February Check Registry. Seconded by Ms Fitch. Motion approved. 

Correspondence

None.

Director’s Report

• Back parking lot needs resurfacing.
• Planning activities for US 250th Anniversary
• Jen has written 3 grants for library.

New Business

• Ms Wasmer shared that Charlie Carter would like to donate brass statues to library; board members gratefully accepted.
