Call to Order
February 13, 2025 at 7:00 PM.
Roll Call
Members Present: Nancy Jackson, Deb Rogers, Martha Schmitt, Catherine Wasmer and Library Director Emily Kofoid. Online: Kim Abel.
Approval of the last meeting and action
Ms. Jackson moved we accept the November and January minutes. Seconded by Ms. Wasmer. Motion approved.
Approval of Financial Position & Activity
Ms. Wasmer moved we accept the January Financial Position & Activity Report. Seconded by Ms. Rogers. Motion approved.
Approval of Check Registry
Ms. Wasmer moved we approve the January Check Registry. Seconded by Ms. Jackson. Motion approved.
Correspondence
None
Director’s Report
- Working with website designer.
- Director Kofoid is a Dementia Friendly Champion – she now can present to board and other groups.
- The Library will have a Sensory Friendly Storytime beginning in March.
- CPR and First Aid Class completed by staff.
- Director Kofoid is in possession of new floor plans for remodeling.
- A company will be doing blood pressure and blood glucose checks the third Thursday of the month at no charge.
