Call to Order

July 10, 2025 at 7:00 PM.

Roll Call

Members Present: Deb Rogers, Martha Schmitt, Catherine Wasmer, Kim Abel, Cheri Chandler, Adriana Calamaco. and Library Director Emily Kofoid.

Approval of the last meeting and action

Ms Chandler moved we accept the June minutes. Seconded by Ms. Chandler. Motion approved.

Approval of Financial Position & Activity

Ms Chandler moved we accept the June Financial Position & Activity Report. Seconded by Ms Rogers. Motion approved.

Approval of Check Registry

Ms Chandler moved we accept the June Check Registry. Seconded by Ms Rogers. Motion approved.

Correspondence

None

Director’s Report

• Construction continues on the remodeling of bathroom.
• Director is working on budget with our lawyer.

Committee Reports

None

Old Business

We are using last years Working Budget.

New Business

• Ms Calamaco moved we accept Ordinance 07102925.  Seconded by Ms Chandler.  Motion approved.
•  Ms Chandler and  Ms Calamaco volunteered to audit the minutes of meetings from last year.
