Call to Order
June 12, 2025 at 7:01 PM.
Roll Call
Members Present: Martha Schmitt, Catherine Wasmer, Deb Rogers, Adriana Calamaco and Library Director Emily Kofoid.
Approval of the Last Meeting Minutes
Ms. Rogers moved we accept the May minutes. Seconded by Ms. Wasmer. Motion approved.
Approval of Financial Position & Activity
Ms. Wasmer moved we accept the May Financial Position & Activity Report. Seconded by Ms. Calamaco. Motion approved.
Approval of Check Registry
Ms. Calamaco moved we approve the May Check Registry. Seconded by Ms. Wasmer. Motion approved.
Correspondence
None
Director’s Report
- Construction is underway. Director Kofoid is very pleased with the progress.
- Summer Reading Club registration begins Monday, June 16. Library has received almost $8,000 in donations.
Committee Reports

Old Business
- Ms. Wasmer moved we approve the non-residential yearly fee for 2025 of $82 per family. Seconded by Ms. Rogers. Motion approved.
New Business
- Ms. Calamaco moved we approve the Meeting Date Ordinance 06122025-01. Seconded by Ms. Wasmer. Motion approved.
