Call to Order
October 9, 2025 at 7:00 PM.
Roll Call
Members Present: Martha Schmitt, Catherine Wasmer, Kim Abel, Cheri Chandler, Adriana Calamaco, Deb Rogers and Library Director Emily Kofoid.
Approval of the last meeting and action
Ms Rogers moved we accept the September minutes. Seconded by Ms. Calamaco. Motion approved.
Approval of Financial Position & Activity
Ms Chandler moved we accept the September Financial Position & Activity Report. Seconded by Ms Calamaco. Motion approved.
Approval of Check Registry
Ms Calamaco moved we accept the September Check Registry. Seconded by Ms Chandler. Motion approved.
Correspondence
None.
Director’s Report
- Roof repair had begun.
- Book and DVD sale was held.
- Kulture City training for designation as Sensory Friendly Library was completed.
- Proposed Social Media Policy given to members to review.
- Baker and Taylor, a primary library source for distribution of items closed – other sources are being investigated

- Ms Chandler moved we approve Ordinance 10092025 – Tax Levy. Seconded by Ms Calamaco. Motion approved
